At Lanman Solar, we make sure our installation processes as efficient and straightforward as possible. Below, we’ve laid out a generalised guide to how we approach our EV charging point installation jobs.
You can get in touch with us at any time to have a free telephone or email consultation, during which time we’ll gather as many details about your project as possible, before providing an accurate quote for our services. While we’re at it, we can answer any questions you may have about switching to EV charging points too!
Before we start installation work, particularly for larger commercial EV charging point installation projects, we prefer to get a solid handle on your property’s layout and specifications with a brief yet thorough survey assessment. For smaller domestic jobs, this may not be required, but we can confirm this on a case by case basis. If a survey is needed though, it will always be done by one of our fully accredited electrical installation engineers (and not just a salesman!).
Once we have agreed a date that works for you for your electric vehicle charging point installation, we will fit your charging unit where you would like it, and link it up to your electrics, so it will all work seamlessly for you. Upon wrapping up the installation, we'll conduct all the final tests and talk you through how to use your online monitoring, which is all included in the price!
All our work comes with a 2 year workmanship warranty and is fully certified and accredited. We doubt there will be any issues with your EV charging points, but we’re based in Suffolk in East Anglia, so we’re always on hand should you need us"
